I agree, affiliate marketing is also another great way to advertise products. Yes, having a CMS is a essential part of websites nowadays, but I tend to run into start-up companies who don't have a lot of money to pour into the site right away, although you do make a good point. I've done a few sites with WordPress. I agree it is a very powerful platform. But again, more money & time involved in building the site to work within a CMS. Check out our portfolio.
